How It Works

The process, start to finish.

The same five steps every time, whether you are submitting one card or a whole collection.

01

Tell us what you have

Fill in the intake form with the cards you are thinking about, raw or already graded, plus anything else you want us to know. Within one business day you will have a real number back, plus a clear read on your options.

02

We verify and inspect

If you move ahead, we open a photo log at intake, verify the cert on any slabbed card, and complete a condition report, so you see exactly what you have before anything moves.

03

Your card stays in the vault

While your card is with us, it is kept in access-logged storage, and every step is on the record.

04

You choose the path: submit, sell, or both

Submission only: we prep and submit to PSA, and your graded card comes back to you. Consignment only: we sell your card as it is, no grading required. Or both: PSA grades first, then we consign the slabbed card. Nothing about one path requires the other. We prep, PSA grades.

05

You get paid, or your graded card comes back

If you consign, payout is released once the buyer’s delivery is confirmed, on a 3-business-day standard, by bank transfer, with an itemized payout statement. If you submit only, your graded card comes back to you.

What submission costs: once your card has been through prep, courier to PSA is $50 per shipment. PSA grading fees pass through at exactly what PSA charges, with no markup. Full pricing is on the Services page.

FAQ

Asked before every first consignment.

What does it cost if my card doesn’t sell?

Nothing in commission. That’s only charged on a completed sale. If a card doesn’t sell at your floor price, you can lower the floor, hold it in the vault while listed elsewhere, or have it returned; you pay return shipping only.

Is my card insured while you have it?

Yes. Every card is covered at its full declared value from the moment our intake photo log opens until delivery back to you or to the buyer is confirmed: in transit on our label, in the vault, or in transit out.

How and when do I get paid?

Payout is released once the buyer’s delivery is confirmed, on a 3-business-day standard, by bank transfer. Your payout statement itemizes the sale price, commission tier, and any PSA grading or shipping charges to the cent.

Do I have to consign my cards to use your PSA submission service?

No. They’re independent services, and you have three options. Submission only: we prep and submit to PSA, and your graded cards come back to you. Consignment only: we sell your cards as they are, no grading required. Or both: PSA grades first, then we consign the slabbed card. Plenty of clients use just one path; nothing about one requires the other.

Should I have my card graded by PSA before selling it?

Sometimes, and sometimes having it graded costs more than it adds. Your free condition report includes an honest grade outlook and the numbers both ways, so the decision is yours with real numbers in front of you.

Do you buy cards outright, or only consign?

Both. Consignment usually nets you more; an outright offer is faster. Ask for both numbers on the same intake and choose. The offer doesn’t change if you take a day to think.

Can you find a specific card for me?

That’s the want-list exchange desk. Give us the card, the grade, and your ceiling; we work our buyer and dealer network and come back with the actual card and its cert record, never a “similar” substitute.

Can I pay for a card in installments?

Yes, that’s our Card Financing service. Put 20% down, we purchase the card and hold it insured in the vault, and you pay the balance in fixed monthly installments with interest on the balance. The card is released and shipped to you as soon as it’s paid in full, and you can pay early with no penalty. Try the calculator in the Card Financing section to run the numbers on a real price.
